Habitat for Humanity of the Magic Valley, Inc. has the great honor of again organizing the September 17th Rim 2 Rim Race, a Magic Valley tradition. This event is our primary fundraiser of the year. We are seeking sponsors to help cover the costs of organizing this long standing event and to raise funds to build simple, decent, affordable housing in the Magic Valley.
We have four levels of sponsorship to offer your business. Each level will receive the following plus a bonus for the type of sponsorship selected.

BIG PRIZE SPONSOR: Only One, GOES FAST!
For the past 4 years we have added a chance for the racers to collect additional donations for Habitat by getting sponsors for their race. We award a wonderful “BIG†prize and a plaque to the participants (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) that bring in the most donations.
As the only “BIG prize†sponsor, your generous prize (could be cash or product with  $500+ value) will provide you with:
- Recognition for helping to provide funding for the organization of this first class Rim 2 Rim Race event for runners and walkers from far and near.
- Your name printed on over 500 flyers and distributed to athletic shops, local businesses and clubs throughout the Magic & Treasure Valleys, Blaine Co, Utah.
- Your name will be printed on the beautiful long-sleeved t-shirts that are distributed to all competitors. These shirts are a treasure to the runners and a continued display of your donation for years to come.
- Your company’s sponsorship will be featured in a large Times News advertisement for the race. (All of Magic Valley will see this!)

- Your donation of this spectacular prize for the person who raises the most donations to Habitat will be promoted weeks before the event. It will be the incentive to gather donations!
- We will highlight your contribution in the ads on the radio, television, as well as the newspaper.
- Most importantly, you have the chance to help build simple, decent, affordable housing to families who are in great need, and remember your Sponsorship is a charitable tax donation.
RACE SPONSORS: Be 1 of only 24 race sponsors.
Your $500 donation will provide you with tons of publicity, ALL of the above benefits, plus the following:
- A beautiful Habitat Plaque to hang in your business.
- A T-Shirt with your company’s name printed on it to display with your plaque.
Transportation SPONSORS: be the one to help us with this new cost of the race, please!!!
Your $800 donation will provide you with tons of publicity, all of the above plus the following:
- 4 tickets to the upcoming Tuxes & Tool Belts Ball, October 22, 2011.
WATER STATION SPONSOR: be one of only 6 companies to man the water stations.
Your $250 donation will provide you with the following:
- You will have face to face contact with all 300+ racers and be in the midst of the race.
- A fun day of team building with your crew. We encourage you to theme the station. We will provide the table, ice, water, cups and trash containers for you. Your part is to add the FUN! The racers will judge the best of the stations and declare the racers favorite water station winner.
- The chance to have your company name added to the large travelling trophy and display it in your business for the year.
- Lunch for your crew at the finish line will be provided.
All Sponsors help the local community
