Waiver Form

We require all of our volunteers to sign a waiver each year that they volunteer with us.  The first thing a volunteer should do upon arriving at a work site is to sign in and complete a waiver if they have not done so.  Waivers can be found on site in the volunteer binder, or you can download the waiver and bring the completed waiver with you.
